North Dakota Health and Human Services is seeking public comment on the five-year renewal of the state’s Medicaid 1915(i) State Plan Amendment. This renewal is being done to update language to better align with behavioral health best practices and implement improved quality measurements that supports quality services and supports for people enrolled in the program.

Public comment ends on Friday, March 28 at 12 p.m. CT.

In April, two of our weekly office hours will be devoted to how to submit your 1915(i) billing.

April 9 will be for Medicaid Expansion billing in Availity.

April 23 will be for traditional medical billing in the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).
