Do You Have Questions or Issues With Your Application?
The Board is hosting Q&A Zoom meetings happening every Wednesday in March, from 12 p.m. to 12:30p.m. Click here to join the Zoom meeting at the designated time.
Additionally, helpful tips for completing certain questions are available in the sample applications noted at the start of this email.
How to Confirm the Status of Your Application
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy of your submission. Save this email and forward it to your team.
Before submitting, please carefully review your application. If you later discover errors in the form itself, you must request a unique link from the Private Schools Manager to make corrections.
If you need to submit additional or missing documents, email them directly to the Private Schools Manager.
To check your application status, beginning in mid-March, you may visit the Private School Approval | SBE webpage to download the Application Status Tracker. Use the search function in Column F ("School Name") to locate your school. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and the tracker will note any issues, such as missing documents.
Do not contact the Private Schools Manager to confirm receipt of your application. Your confirmation email serves as proof of submission and the Status Tracker will alert you to any potential issues with your application.
